Karyn Duggan is a Certified Nutrition Consultant and a firm believer in the fact that what we eat has the capacity to influence everything from our daily mood and humor to our overall health profile to our longevity. With qualifications from the California State certified Bauman College and the London based British College of Nutrition and Health, Karyn takes a holistic and comprehensive approach to nutrition. She is a compassionate listener and helps clients achieve their individual health goals by designing realistic approaches to nutrition. As a Certified Natural Chef Karyn also helps clients see just how easy it is to prepare and eat nutritious food and facilitates dietary modifications when necessary.
