Pricing and Insurance

At One Medical Group, we know how expensive health care can be. That’s why we try to keep our services affordable.

Membership Fee

Our annual membership fee of just $149 per year helps us provide you with a variety of unique service offerings. This fee covers the costs of the technology and other resources that we need to run our practice more efficiently. Because this type of practice is so new, insurance companies generally do not cover the cost of the membership fee. However, if you participate in your company HSA or FSA plan, the fee may be covered depending on the specifics of your plan. We can provide you with a receipt to submit for reimbursement.

Office Visits

When you visit one of our providers you have two options for how to pay. You can either pay at the time of service (check or credit / debit card accepted) or we can bill your insurance.

Insurance: We bill your insurance for each visit and ask you to pay whatever is not covered by your health plan (i.e., your co-payment or deductible) – just like you would at any doctor’s office. The exact amount that you will owe depends on the rules of the specific health insurance plan you have. The insurance plans we currently accept are listed below. If you don’t see your insurance on the list, please call our office as we sometimes add new plans.

Out of Pocket: If you choose to pay for the visit out of pocket, we charge members an up front price of $150 for an initial visit and $100 for each subsequent visit. For certain types of insurance, you can submit your receipt for reimbursement. This may be preferable for people with high deductibles or HSAs.

For your co-payment or for those who prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept checks and credit / debit cards.
